New Journey

Heading back to Aotearoa tomorrow to get my South Korean E1 visa. Should take 2 to 3 weeks. Start at Woosong University SolBridge International Business School. Daejeon. Visiting Professor. 1 year renewable. I am told this area is the science hub. So hopefully this whole visa process works out.

Finely fuckenly. Back to me. My research and my teaching. This has been a long long journey. Just now at the start. New people, language, culture. Everything.

Am excited. Sarah would have loved South Korea. My brain also reminds me when I was doing my PhD in 1996 I was inspired by South Korea and it’s internet infrastructure being second to none. Born out of its gaming culture.

Research plan as follows and all projects will do qualitative and quantitative methods.  Plus will play with Ai for both analyses but traditional methods:

1. The consumption of genocide. This project was fueled by my time in Cambodia and the horrors. The argument is that we don’t directly experience genocide. We consume it through our mediums. But what does this mean? I don’t know.

2. Is Donald Trump Authentic?  I have extensive data on Donald and Hillary from the 2016 election. The argument is that DJT is highly authentic. That’s why he is bizarrely so successful.

3. Authenticity and Ai linking my model with Ai models to assess humaness such as Turing Model and Chinese Room. This is obviously a huge question.

Teaching as masters and graduate levels in entrepreneurship, projects and management information systems.
