I am writing an academic paper with my co-author AI ChatGPT

I have been using AI for about 4 years now. I use Otter to convert my verbal thinking (usually for routine tasks) into text. It is 99% accurate and it saves time. Brilliant when you use it to type up meeting notes. Awesome to generate feedback based on your verbal feedback. Its exactly the same. The AI comes in as it learners about your voice.

It would be fair to say in the last year I have got a bit bored with the media talking about it but not really knowing its role. There is also a lot of mistrust in the technology. What is new with tech evolution and some responses.

I thought I would turn my attention to test it further and write a paper with Chat GPT as a co-author to a paper. See its limitations and strengths. So, far we are working well together. I like the way its stimulates me. Yes, its like talking to a co-researcher.

Before you get critical about this I will make a few points. I am a world-wide digital research pioneer. This is my gig for the last 25 years. Previously worked for IBM then did one of the first PhDs on online retail (1996-2000). Note that early customers of the Woolworths Online system in NZ were asking for an AI type system. They called in mind-reading using their purchase history data.

The focus of the paper or RQ is to explore the implications of AI to marketing theory and practice?

Watch this space. Lets embrace.
