I recently had the opportunity to go to a Lincoln University reunion this weekend. What a great time. Great people. Wonderful friends.
In our journey I had the cool experiences of many small young brands at the local farmers market. The amazing quality of every aspect of the brand experience. True innovation.
What impressed me most is the ambition of the brand and the desired experiences in the future. As a customer you can actually feel and taste the future.
All brands can learn about brand experience by going back to the simple roots where the brand and customer experience. While different, intertwine to create a clear value proposition and promise.
