Welcome to Elodie and Pierre from Belgium, 2011.

Elodie Viaene from IESN and Pierre Jones from EPHEC are our Summer Interns. They started last week and are already a key part of our department.  Elodie says “the people in the department are very nice and welcoming.”  She does note though how serious the department is about its teaching, research and other activities with their stakeholders. “The meetings are intense.” However, Pierre believes “that it will be very interesting too see the translation of the domm vision into reality.” Both are keen to be part of the vision.  They depart New Zealand in May 2011.
