Congratulations – Kaly Nou and Daniel Hunt – Completed Master of Business and Thesis – August 2013

Congratulations – Kaly Nou and Daniel Hunt – Completed Master of Business and Thesis. I was so very happy to supervise both these masters theses and be associated with these great students as lecturer and Head of Department. Well done.

Both studies were internationally unique and a step up in masters thesis work:

1. Kaly Nou, Brand Relationships using a grounded theory approach. Actually in many ways a replication of the study of Susan Fournier.  However, Kaly interviewed over 20 consumers this time.
2. Daniel Hunt, Adolescent Entrepreneurial Behaviour. The thesis was the first I imagine in the world to longitudinally model the actual learning experience vs. team economic output (tax paid) of teams in the Young Enterprise Scheme in NZ over a 10 plus year period. The teams consist of adolescents (13 to 17 years). The research also supported by Tony Falkenstein.

We are now working on the publications and dissemination of this work.
