Of course we need service and marketing. They are, in many ways, the same. In the last few days I have focused on service as a key difference between businesses I have bought from in the last few days. The ones that have lost the sale have tended to only pay attention to demand creation rather than delivery. The service experience. One company stands out for me. JB HiFi. An impressive customer experience. A great thing is that there people can integrate other brand services and products. Sold! My life time value with JB Hi Fi is pretty good.
